How to earn reputation with the Cook's Guild
The Cook's Guild can be found in Michel Delving, right across from the Great Oven, as befits. You can visit any Crafting Guild Trainer to join. They are usually near the Master or Mistress of Apprentices, and there is one right there in the center of the crafting area of Michel Delving. Once enlisted, you can enter the Guild Hall and buy special recipes for items that increase guild reputation. These are available from expert level on. Ingredients can be found in the cooking recipes tables (s. links above).
This is how the reputation recipes are sorted:

It takes 85,000 reputation points to go from neutral to kindred status. That means it is possible to reach maximal guild reputation in 15 days. But: Expert / Artisan Medium Repasts as well as Master / Supreme Large Repasts are also used in special recipes that can be bought from the Guild vendors. They allow you to cook 25 meals at a time, with critical success guaranteed. More AND better food. What else could a hobbit wish for?
Therefore, I suggest you keep your Large Meals and use them for those special recipes. It will take you only 4 days longer to maximise your reputation and get you lots and lots to eat!
Intervals
As you can see in the table above, guild reputation repasts have cooldowns. Assuming you cook every meal as early as you can, a full circle will last 21 days. On day 22 you can restart cooking all meals at once, as on day 1 (see table on the right →).
So, 21 days is a sensible time unit for a cooking list. Get the following ingredients and cook them beforehand to be able to cook all repasts for 21 days as soon as the cooldown is ready. No fiddling around with ingredients each day (s. table below ↓).
Do cook the smaller repasts, even if you don't need them - they can be bartered in the Guild Hall for larger ones.
